我要Fit一Fit III

(網絡圖片) 星期二晚是第一次晚上"受訓"..八時許離開公司後隨即跑到老麥醫肚..然後坐車到旺角..準時九點開始..直至十一時..鬍鬚教練認為是時候加強訓練..縱然肌肉還有些少酸痛..但身體又好似準備好了..今次主要練大腿及背肌..感覺是衹要自己肯投入..身體狀態亦會隨之而起..信心和復原能力都會遞增.. 今次鬍鬚教練貼士包括: 1. 練胸肌兩旁時..注意返回的動作覆度不要太大..否則會令胸肌過伸展拉扯..令谷胸的力度減瀉..影響效果.. 2. 基本動作要以挺胸收腹配合..以減少腰間承受不必要壓力.. 3. 如果動作正確..所操練的肌肉部份應感到酸軟及些微興興地.. 4. 練背肌時..注意手位..拉向自己時要保持九十度..拉下時手肘及至胸部成直線即可..注意動作覆度及握手柄力度要放鬆..應留意到背部肌肉反應.. 操了一小時..希望明日返工..手手腳腳不要好似廢了一樣就好了

寡佬飛行日記

When the trailer came out, I just knew this is a movie I cannot miss. This would be the kind of movie you can sit back and relax, slowly sipping the humor, series of reflection, and questions to meditate about. To some extent the movie was a mirror reflection of myself (perhaps many others out there). For years, I also find myself wandering up in the air --- hesitant to get settled in; content with isolation from family, exploiting energy on a career and afraid of being "let go", trying to shoulder a lot of different things in my back pack (loading and unloading my pack over and over); not sure what I really want out of all this or figuring out the priorities in my life.
p.s. I kind of like the opening of the film and the soundtrack just fits in nicely.
